Divorce, separation, and family-related issues can be challenging for both children and parents. Our counselors have the education and experience to help families work together to improve communication and relationships.

Many individuals experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic events. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are just a few emotions that can occur after a traumatic event takes place. We can help you deal with these symptoms and find coping strategies that will work for you. 

We provide the tools and motivation to help those struggling with functional, psychological, developmental, cognitive, and emotional disabilities. Overcoming barriers and finding solutions is our game and we work hard to help those struggling with returning to work or finding their place in life. 

 We provide education, information, and motivation to create change for those struggling with their executive disfunction issues and emotional regulation. We also discuss strengths and help our clients find their passions and creative drive.  

Counseling should be available to everyone who wishes to participate. For clients who prefer to receive services in the comfort of their homes, we offer online teletherapy appointments. 1up Counseling currently offers self-pay appointments for uninsured/under-insured clients.
